Select Add a new E mail account

Select IMAP account or POP3 as required

Add your e mail address and password as shown below .

Where it shows Incoming mail server ( POP3 ) and Outgoing Server (SMTP)

- add your own domain name Then click Next 

Tick the Box on the More Settings tab which says My outgoing server requires authentication - and also the box with use same settings as my incoming mail server

Then press on the Advanced tab


FOR POP 3 ACCOUNTS

Make sure 110 is set for POP and port 25 OR 587 for SMTP
 
Note: If you Intend travelling abroad - it is a common practise for some ISPs to block port 25 ( Hence you cannot send mail while outside the UK from Tablets and Phones) . If this is the case - you are better off to choose Port 587 for the Outgoing Server ( SMTP) which is less commonly blocked abroad and also willsend mails with no problems in the UK *

Or if you selected to set up an IMAP account set the incoming port to 993

The outgoing port can again be 465 ( full list of protocols are below )

Incoming mail server:   webjectives.co.uk( replace with your own domain name *)

Outgoing mail server:   webjectives.co.uk( replace with your own domain name *)

(server requires authentication)

Supported incoming mail protocols

POP3, POP3 over SSL/TLS, IMAP, IMAP over SSL/TLS

Supported outgoing mail protocols: SMTP

To connect via POP3 securely over SSL/TLS, use port 995.

To connect via IMAP securely over SSL/TLS, use port 993.

To send messages via SMTP securely, use port 465** IF USING OUTLOOK 2021 - MAY BE PORT 587**.
