This is a great way to improve your sales. When they see the "Live Chat " icon - this will allow customers to get answers in real time.

Please work your way step by step along the tabs below - to learn how to use Live Chat. If you look at the bottom right hand corner of the screen - you will see we are offline. Please click to see how you can leave us a message.

We add the code to your Website
When we have installed the chat code - your status will initially be offline

Live Chat lesson 1

 

Log into your Online Control panel ( Password Protected ) and TURN ON Live Chat
You will see the Icon changes to Blue

Your Control Panel

When logged in you will see this view from the Control Panel.You can set a tick in the " Auto Invites" box if you like and set the time before the message is sent to engage the user.(This is a pop up window saying " Can I help you " or can of course be customised. You can use Canned responses). You can also make your own and store them so you simply "Click" to save typing. Or you can type into the Active Chats box and press send. You will see the customers questions in the larger box

So your customer clicks on the Live Chat button and this window pops up
Your client can then type in their message and press SUBMIT

You can see the activity in your control panel .... and reply to any messages
You can see the customers IP Address below as they browse and choose to engage if you would like to. You can see their query at the bottom. You simply type your response and press SEND

Your response is shown in the Live Chat Window
You can then carry on chatting and hopefully convert this information to a sale

If you dont want to be available
Simply login to your control panel and click " Online not accepting chats" as shown below

Your customer will see the grey OFFLINE button in the corner
They can click on this as shown below

Even when Offline - if your customer clicks it will allow them to leave a message
You will see the messages at the top of your console when you log in

When you are ready to chat - log into your control paneland press the ONLINE Button in the bottom right and see for yourself .

See below on the right - even when you are away - your clients can leave a message by clicking the button
